Dr Meaker mixes track for new album at Modern World!

Dr Meaker is a Bristol-based producer who, with his live band, are one of UK's best up and coming soul/dance acts with a following that grows larger every day. Their debut album includes collaboration with Howie B, Massive Attack collaborators and a whole host of new, fresh talent. The 9 piece band have played at renowned events such as Glastonbury 2007, Bestival and Ashton Court Festival as well as legendary clubs throughout the world and are receiving airplay from the UK's major radio stations including BBC Radio 1 (Zane Lowe, Rob Da bank), BBC1 Xtra, Ministry of Sound. Dr Meaker have also just competed and won the Glastonbury Festival 2007 emerging talent competition, BBC new urban talent award (Sponsored by Fame Academy) and also the BBC unsigned gods of the pods.
